Terentia has experience with building high performing, cross cultural teams in the Automotive, FMCG and Healthcare industries.
Her passion is to coach, mentor & train emerging leaders to find their purpose, articulate their strengths and help them make sound career decisions that lead to success. She is passionate about helping people overcome self-doubt and limiting beliefs that hold them back from living their best life.
She has coached and mentored numerous people throughout her career for which she was recognised as a Rising Star by the Healthcare Business Women’s Association in 2019.
