How Busy Women Can Benefit From Mindfulness & Solo Trips

Presenter: JJ DiGeronimo

With numerous milestones in tech and beyond, JJ felt discontent as she continued to strive for society’s definition of success.  Exhausted and misaligned, JJ realized that her desire for impact was grander than her level of fulfillment.

Not sure where to realign, JJ met with a few career coaches and even a therapist. All pointing her toward an 8-week Mindfulness course. With moderate interest but a desire for more intention, she stuck with it supplementing her classes with books, videos and solo trips.

Four years later, JJ is writing about her findings, practice, and approach to living and working. This next book will include worksheets, videos, and insights based on her journey for women interested in digging deep, releasing the guilt, and aligning with what they know is true!

If you are a woman seeking more meaningful connections, more moments of joy, and more fulfilling activities, join us for this webinar. You will learn:
