Padmaja Kota is currently a Director of Software Engineering at Salesforce. She has more than 16 years of product development and service experience across domains which include Digital Experience, B2B Commerce, Supply Chain, Transportation, Education, and Banking. Prior to Salesforce, Padmaja worked as an individual contributor for teams at JDA, Prokarma, RHE Services, and Infosys. Her passion for bringing engineering innovation and customer success together has led to significant contributions for many products. Padmaja also leads the Salesforce Women’s Network Chapter across India, where she helps drive activities to promote mentoring, networking, engagement, and diversity.

Annie Mathew has deep expertise in ecosystem building, strategic partnerships, and solution portfolios on emerging technologies. She has varied experience across Consumer Devices, ITeS, Healthcare, and Manufacturing industries. As part of her current role at Microsoft, Annie grows a vibrant ecosystem of developers across the region to enable innovative solutions on the latest cloud technologies. She is a board member of HIMSS India chapter and leads the Women in Health IT committee with the mission of enabling Healthcare with technology. Annie was a founding board member of Startup Village, India’s first telecom incubator; and executive council member of Andhra Pradesh Innovation Council. She was honored by the Chief Minister of Kerala for her work with the Startup ecosystem. As well, Annie has received accolades including the top five nominees for Sthree Shakthi (notable women) award in Science and Technology.

Ramya Rachamadugu is a senior manager at IBM, responsible for large cyber projects in the IBM GTS BISO organization, and has over 25+ years of industry experience. In her 11 years with IBM, Ramya has led several global enterprise-wide, cross-functional programs and regulatory transformations across technology and process with emphasis on cloud, analytics, automation, method adoption, and system implementation. Prior to IBM, Ramya had worked on engagement, technical design, development and deployment of programs, and large applications for Banking, Retail, Defense, and Insurance customers. She also architected the solution for an integrated ERP and CRM product. Ramya likes to mentor budding technologists and is also an IBM volunteer for service.

Namrata Singh is currently working in the Financial Services - EBU team at Salesforce, managing some of the firm’s largest banking relationships; she has been a part of Salesforce Ohana for 3.5 years. Apart from her core job, Namrata leads Asia for Salesforce Women's Network Circles program and serves as Salesforce Mumbai Mayor. In this role, she is entrusted with creating the best environment for our colleagues in Mumbai to thrive. Namrata has 16 years of experience in B2B sales and predominantly in IT product and advisory sales. Her expertise lies in consultative selling and value-driven engagements with the C suite. She has actively worked in areas of sales, account management, direct marketing, events, and channel management, and has led teams across geographies. Namrata is always willing to learn more and grow as an individual and a professional.

Moderator: Arya Murali is an experienced program management and technical sales professional who cares deeply about education, inclusion, and entrepreneurship. She built a community of 1000+ women in tech as the lead for Google Women Techmakers, Cochin; and impacted 5000+ young women in tech through programs such as the Women in Tech Learning program (wit.rethinkfoundation.in). Arya also brings in a wealth of partnership experience with corporates and non-profit organizations such as Google, AnitaB India, Muthoot Foundation, and Palo Alto Networks. Arya is an engineer by education, as well as a TEDx speaker, Jagriti Yatri, and one of the 18 young women to receive the prestigious WeTech Qualcomm Global Scholarship.
