Carrie Mierzwa
Specialist, Digital Capability Management & Application
Carrie is a senior software leader and developer at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Bristol-Myers Squibb is a global biopharmaceutical company whose mission is to discover, develop and deliver innovative medicines that help patients prevail over serious diseases. She works closely with chemists and scientists in Research & Early Development, building scientific applications that will help discover new life-saving medicines that address the unmet medical needs of patients.
Carrie's 20+ years of experience in technology and her positive attitude and cheerful personality, combined with her attention to detail, provides those she works with critical support to meet their business goals and objectives. She builds strong, caring relationships with her teammates, manager and partners to increase the team's overall performance and deliver high quality products.
Carrie has a 15 year old son and a 13 year old daughter. During the quarantine she spends weekends at the beach with her family and reading for pleasure.


Catherine Perez is a dedicated, collaborative, and enthusiastic IT professional. With over 20 years of experience from multiple industries, she held multiple positions from developer to project manager and now cybersecurity advisory. Catherine is an Associate Director in Bristol Myers Squibb leading the Cybersecurity Third Party Risk Management team. She has earned her Bachelor Degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University, Master's Degree in Information System from Stevens Institute of Technology and recently earned certifications from MIT in Digital Transformation and Cybersecurity for Managers. Outside of work, Catherine is all about family. She is married and have 3 kids: Caitlyn, a sophomore in college, Cayla a high school senior and Marcus a 4th grader. During the quarantine she recently found deep appreciation of flowers but still a failed gardener.

Hannah Luck serves as Manager, Cybersecurity, Cyber Consulting at Bristol Myers Squibb, a global biopharmaceutical company whose mission is to discover, develop and deliver innovative medicines that help patients prevail over serious diseases. She is passionate about using her proven relationship-building skills and extensive IT experience to unite people and technology in addressing cyber risk in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining BMS, Hannah worked in healthcare IT and clinical operations.
Hannah received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and MBA from Boston University. She holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification and is currently onboarding to her most challenging role yet, as a first-time mom to seven-month-old Davey during a global pandemic.
