Ucheonye Maple is a recognized Systems Engineering leader with a proven track record of empowering, motivating and transforming the lives of STEM professionals. She is a professional speaker, coach and mentor in the STEM community. Her dynamic personality coupled with the determination to overcome any obstacle is what makes her extraordinary.
Uche started Aghaeze-Maple Enterprises LLC, a career development and personal training company, because of the struggles she saw women STEM professionals were partaking in the advancement of their career and personal development. Her mission is to reduce the number of women leaving STEM and increase the number of women in C-Suite positions. She is currently a Systems Engineering Manager at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab.
Uche received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University, MBA from University of Phoenix and her M.S. in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. She is also a graduate from the Leadership Essentials Program at Loyola University.
