Building an Executive Presence

Making the move from middle management to the executive suite requires a healthy dose of confidence-in yourself that you can grow into the leader you aspire to become, in your subordinates that you’re the leader they want to follow, and, most importantly, among senior leaders that you have the potential for great achievements.

Executive presence is a skill, not a trait-that means it’s something you can cultivate and build. Yet women, in particular, struggle with confidence. The "Impostor Syndrome" is real. In this event, we will explore how to build a good executive presence and get rid of imposter syndrome - to start accepting and embracing your capabilities and get what you want.
