Dynamic Intentional Relaxation (Yoga Nidra Meditation)

Spend time in awareness with yourself, relax and start the week off by setting an intention for yourself in this guided meditation.  Rich Brenner will guide you through a meditation designed for your well-being.


What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a very deep guided relaxation practice that simultaneously activates cellular repair and body-mind awareness. A phone session with me in the comfort of your own surroundings includes a combination of breath-work, body consciousness, Sankalpa (personal intention/mantra) and visualization. “Yoga Nidra” means “sleep with awareness.” In this case, you are aware that you are in a safe place while I guide you. The practice is done in a lying down posture with a covering over your eyes, and we begin with a simple deep breathing technique. This allows your body and your mind to start to quiet down and attain a more relaxed state than ordinary sleep.  It’s a process that altogether, moving into a deep relaxation and bringing that feeling back with you into your world, takes about 45 minutes.

To that end, business owner Rich Brenner began his journey into the healing arts, studying Restorative Hypnotherapy, Yoga, Meditation and elements of Energy and Vibrational therapies before settling on the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra as his specialty.  After spending 40 years caring for people in the hospitality business, Rich brings the same compassion and love of people to his work in this practice.
