The Millennial Solution to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

Join Us for this 2021 Summit Workshop Presentation:

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion have been topics of conversation for many years. Yet, it took a horrific and public death of a man of color resulting in social upheaval - and a generation of disruptors and Millennials wanting more from their leaders than talk - to push leaders to take a "public" stand against racial injustice. For this generation, DEI is not a diversity committee or numbers to back up our commitments, but a value to be lived in every part of the organization.

This presentation is their solution to create an authentic culture beyond executive platitudes. It’s followed by our Pre-Summit Workshop on Monday, June 21st (4-5:30pm PDT) - LeaderShifts: The Millennial Solution to Guiding the Next Generations of Leaders. That June 21 workshop will show leaders how you can make the shift so organizations can go beyond DEI to a "share future" where everyone can belong. Come and engage in a revolutionary method, born out of this generation and today in over 30 countries.
