The WITI Wellbeing Center is designed to help you have a healthy approach to working at home.  You can explore the present moment with a variety of mindfulness sessions offered at various times and at various durations.   • Energy Management with Alyse Hart

    Learn and use breath and gentle movement techniques to manage your energy during these times. These 15 minute sessions are formulated for strength, inner balance, vision and calm.

    Alyse is a Holden Qi Gong facilitator formerly with Weight Watchers and now with her own business Freebirdmojo. She is a former NYC publishing executive and sales trainer. Alyse now speaks about transitioning into health and wellness and teaches high achievers, and entrepreneurs to quiet and energize their bodies and mind.

  • Easy Yoga To Restore Your Body with Lotem Porat

    If you've been sitting, zooming and using your mouse and keyboard all day, treat your body to this 1/2 hour, easy yoga class to get your flow and productivity back.


    Lotem is a yoga/meditation instructor and a 3rd degree Reiki practitioner. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology and has completed over 500 hours of Yoga Alliance certified trainings. Lotem teaches in yoga studios, retreat centers, corporations, rehabilitation centers, and recovery facilities internationally, and currently here in Los Angeles. Her goal is to create a safe space for students to unwind, receive, and enjoy themselves through cultivating self-awareness and compassion. Lotem feels that through attention, time, movement and breath we each have the capacity to heal ourselves from the inside out. She aims to help people connect internally to their body, breath and heart in an uplifting and gentle way.

    Please join us from 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM PDT (4:30 PM-6:30 PM EDT) as Denise Hamilton and Fred Sugerman from RACE RELAY (TM) create a safe space to talk about race. The mission of RACE RELAY (TM) is to demonstrate - story is medicine and sharing stories with empathy at the core can be healing. So the healing begins with the process of hearing stories having a common thread; a thread that ties all human beings together - through our desires, our fears, and our racial biases. The intention of RACE RELAY (TM) is to dissolve disunity among those who are seated together, enable them to see a pattern to our biases, and perhaps go beyond tolerance to understand the commonality of our frailties.
