WITI Spotlight: Nicole Kilby

Nicole Kilby is a proud alum of Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia, where she received a dual Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business. Nicole is a lifelong learner who received a Post Graduate Certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University. As a techno-functional Principal Consultant, Nicole Kilby works for Infosys Consulting's Consumer Products, Retail, and Logistics Practice.

Nicole is a hard worker, a sound leader, and a kind mentor. She is passionate about people's growth and improving the lives of those around her. Nicole has worked as an Advisor for the A-Team, a community for Analysts and Consultants, and led the Core Analyst Program for North America Analysts, which launched in late 2018 and was aimed to improve the experience and growth of younger colleagues while also bringing value to the business. Nicole's most recent position is Chair of IBELIEVE, Infosys' Black Employee Resource Group. Nicole has established herself as a cultural change agent and an essential resource for establishing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) platforms to empower and advocate for women and under-represented groups. Through the candid discussion series ERACE (Eradicating Racism and Bias in Employment), which challenges racism and bias in the workplace, she’s provided awareness, education, and solutions to corporate executives to help them understand possible barriers in the workplace.

Nicole was named one of Infosys’ most influential people in 2021 and was honored with the Infosys Diversity Pacesetter Award for her work in DEI. Nicole has also been instrumental in supporting the National Black MBA Conference and helped Infosys Consulting Services be a premiere sponsor at this Conference in both 2021 and in 2022.

Recently Nicole has been honored by Consulting Magazine as one of the 2022 Women Leaders in Consulting as a Diversity Champion. Nicole is breaking down barriers for underrepresented communities in IT consulting.
