A Senior Level AI ML, Cloud/Digital Transformation and Technical Product Management Executive with over 20 years of experience as a visionary and innovative builder of world-class intelligence-driven, advanced analytic teams and decision systems for Fortune 100 banking and insurance companies. Oversaw the design, development and delivery of 14 major AI powered systems on time and on budget including user/stakeholder research, data strategy, AI & ML creation, adoption, delivery, and integration of applied intelligent systems including launching R&D, strategy, risk management, and compliance efforts for customer and sales force engagement, cross-channel attribution, journey mapping, segmentation, and effectiveness tracking. Work experience includes positions with New York Life Insurance, Prudential Financial, Morgan Stanley, Pitney Bowes, Citibank, IBM, GE Capital, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America. Provided an agile, collaborative, creative approach to complex predictive modeling, product development, management, and customer needs-based problem-solving and program invention, measurement, and improvement. In addition, held responsibility for developing and managing project-specific budgets ranging from $5M to $20M.

In addition to my work experience, in February 2023, earned a Ph.D. and M Phil in Applied Management Decision Science from Walden University (GPA 4.0), a Master of Business Administration from Lasalle University in Quantitative Marketing (GPA 3.9), and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.



Chaitra Agastya is a Practice Lead for Avanade in the South Region for Artificial Intelligence, Business Process Mining and Automation. She comes with two decades of experience with top 10 consulting firms such as Accenture, IBM, HPE, and is proficient in software development, solution architecture, sales and go to market with various assets and offerings.

She graduated in the top 2% of her college with a degree in Engineering for Electronics and Communication. Her accolades include numerous awards for solutioning and service excellence along with certification in business analytics, finance and economics from Harvard University. She is a disciple of Clayton Christensen’s disruptive strategy course from Harvard Business Online School. She is also a certified expert around Digital Transformation, from MIT. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Liberal Arts, Finance at Harvard University, expected to culminate in 2025.

Chaitra's home base is Dallas, where she resides with her husband, a 14-year-old daughter, and a playful 3-year-old Maltese dog. Her passions include kayaking, hiking, astronomy/ astrophysics, comedy shows, and the world of filmmaking.
