Offering success strategies she used in taking her company, Radish Communications Systems to over $40 million in six years, Szczurek works with emerging and established organizations worldwide in marketing, strategic planning, economic development and organization development to reenergize workforces and produce extraordinary results. An award-winning business leader and speaker featured in Fortune, PC Week, and many other publications, her audiences have included AT&T, Polish Chamber of Commerce, Brown University, and many others. Her presentations include: Pursuit of Passionate Purpose, From $0 to $40 Million, Innovation Into Income, Become a Champion of Change, Practical Persistence and Build Customer Delight and the Money Will Follow.
Previously, Szczurek worked as an engineer for Bell Laboratories and then moved into worldwide marketing for AT&T. She has earned an MS in Operations Research from Stanford University and an MBA and PhD in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. She is also the author of Champions of Technological Change: How Organizations Successfully Implement New Technology (Garland, 1994).
Theresa lives with her husband and daughter in Boulder Colorado.

The 19-acre campus is located just northeast of the intersection of Naperville and Butterfield roads in south Wheaton's Danada development. The campus is three miles west of the Butterfield Road interchange of the new North-South Tollway (I-355) and two miles north of the Naperville Road interchange of the East-West Tollway (I-88).
From the North
Take Naperville Road south from Roosevelt Road to East Loop Road. Turn left at the traffic light on East Loop Road. The road curves past a large apartment complex on your right. The campus is on your left about a block before Butterfield Road.
From the South
Take Naperville Road north from the Naperville-Lisle area. Cross Butterfield Road and pass the shopping center at the corner of Naperville and Butterfield roads. Turn right at the traffic light at East Loop Road and proceed past a large apartment complex on your left and a shopping center on your right. The campus is on your left, about a block before Butterfield Road.
From the East and West
Take the East-West Tollway (I-88) and exit northbound at Naperville Road and follow the directions above. If coming from the North-South Tollway (I-355), exit westbound at Butterfield Road and proceed to East Loop Road.
