Dawn has been immersed in technology her whole career and is bar none the go-to-expert for mobility in the Houston marketplace.

As part of NATO efforts in the late nineteen eighties, Ms. Gagnon served with the United States Naval Intelligence. Upon completion of military duty, Dawn began a career in technology as a consultant with Primus Knowledge Solutions. After four years, she continued building the telecommunications and utility business at Seibel. Dawn regularly exceeded her goals while playing a key role in the rapid growth of Seibel’s enterprise solutions. As the industry expands into the next generation of mobile and embedded technologies, Dawn brought her expertise and innovative thinking to Microsoft’s Mobile Solutions group while focusing on the Oil and Gas industry. Today she continues to support top oil and gas companies build strategic mobile solutions while providing immediate economic value.
