Kathryn Lancioni, Founder & CEO of Presenting Perfection, LLC.

With over twenty-five years of experience in the communication industry, Kathryn Lancioni has a deep understanding of the world global communication. She has worked as a journalist, a public relations executive, a college professor and an executive coach.

During the course of her career, Ms. Lancioni, has helped dozens of domestic and multi-national companies conquer their market research, branding, public relations and investor relations challenges. She has worked with media of the highest levels, taken companies public on the New York Stock Exchange, directed global communications program, counseled clients through monumental crises and relaunched lagging brands.

Over the past ten years, Ms. Lancioni has developed an expertise in the world of personal branding and interpersonal communication. She has helped thousands of people conquer their fear of public speaking and interpersonal communication. Her company, Presenting Perfection, focuses on helping individuals of all ages be the narrator of their personal story. Working with clients in an individual or small group setting, she helps students realize their inner communications strengths and transform them into assets. Her workshops: "Branding from the Inside Out," "The Power of YOU" and "Impromptu You: Making A Positive First Impression" provide valuable lessons for communicators of all ages.

Currently, Ms. Lancioni is a professor in the School of Communication and Information at Rutgers University. She has served on the faculty of Seton Hall University, Farleigh Dickinson University, Montclair State University, St. John Fisher College, Ramapo College and William Paterson University. She has guest lectured at Columbia Business School, Cornell University, Rutgers University and Seton Hall University. Her articles about the communications field have been published in several national and regional magazines and she is a featured guest speaker throughout the New York tri-state area. Ms. Lancioni earned a Bachelor's of Science in Communications from Cornell University and a Master's of Science in Journalism from the Graduate School of Journalism of Columbia University.
