From Points South:
-Take I-95 North to Exit 7 (Delaware Avenue).
-Proceed straight off the exit and up Adams Street until it ends at Delaware Avenue (Route 52).
-Turn right onto Delaware Avenue.
-Follow Delaware Avenue to the five-way intersection, then take the left fork marked ¡§To Business District¡¨ (11th Street).
-Proceed past the main entrance of the Hotel du Pont and Rodney Square (both on the right).
-Continue down the hill and make a left onto Walnut Street (at a traffic light).
-Make an immediate left into the Bracebridge III parking garage.
-Proceed from parking to the Lobby and then, via the elevator, to the first floor.

From Points North:
-Take I-95 South to Exit 7B (Delaware Avenue).
-At the first light, turn left onto Delaware Avenue.
-Follow Delaware Avenue to the five-way intersection, then take the left fork marked ¡§To Business District¡¨ (11th Street).
-Proceed past the main entrance of the Hotel du Pont and Rodney Square (both on the right).
-Continue down the hill and make a left onto Walnut Street (at a traffic light).
-Make an immediate left into the Bracebridge III parking garage.
