Women in Technology Mid-Atlantic Chapter (WITI) is pleased to present A Discussion of Power & Influence on Thursday, September 26th, from 5:30 - 10:00pm at MBNA, Wilmington, 1100 N. King Street, Wilmington, DE 19801. The presentation will be lead by Catharine S. Woolridge, a management consultant and executive coach. Ms. Woolridge will present two behavorial models as an aid to using your own means of power in your personal and professional life, and your own value system.
Ms. Woolridge's firm provides expert counsel to clients through addressing the human issues that have immediate impact on performance, profitability and morale, and through facilitating the development of structures and strategies geared to enable rapid learning and proactive adaptation to the changing business environment.
