WITI’s annual professional clothing drive and panel event will feature mentoring pairs �" from boss and employee, coach and professional to a technical mom and daughter duo �" who will discuss the highlights of and involvement in their mentoring relationships. Hear from an executive who has taken a mid-level manager under her wing, listen to the story of a personal coach guide a successful female business executive, and learn from the powerful mentoring relationship shared between a mother and daughter who both chose engineering as their career path.

On-site at the event, WITI Portland will collect “good” reusable women’s professional clothing for donation to Dress for Success, a not-for-profit organization that helps low-income women make tailored transitions into the workforce. New, nearly new, or cleaned skirt and pant suites, blouses, blazers and jackets, professional shoes, jewelry, scarves, hair and makeup supplies, umbrellas, handbags, and larger-sized suites are all welcomed. Remember to only donate items that would be appropriate to wear on an interview. All donations must be clean and ready to wear. Please clean out your closets to help make this year another successful clothing drive!
