Five Secrets of Success in Communication and Leadership

In any walk of life if a person has greater self-confidence and has good communication skills so they can be persuasive and make a compelling point. If they can get along graciously with others (e.g. if they have good people skills) and inspire and lead others through applied leadership skills these people will also have a good control of their attitude by controlling stress.

Mike Stack of Dale Carnegie Training is a native Oregonian, grew up in Redmond, and graduated from Oregon State University. Upon graduating from OSU in 1984 he move to the San Francisco Bay area and worked for an office equipment dealer where he participated in his Dale Carnegie Training program and was hooked from there. Upon moving back to Oregon (eleven months later so officially he was never a Californian) he pursued a full time career in DALE CARNEGIE TRAINING. He is an award winning sales person.

Mike is a licensed trainer in ten out of the twelve DALE CARNEGIE TRAINING programs: the world famous Dale Carnegie Course, the Sales Advantage, Customer Relations, Employee Development, World Class Customer Service, High Performance Work Teams, The Leadership Advantage, High Impact Presentations, One and Two day Seminars and the Professional Development Series programs.

He’s invited to speak to 20 plus clubs, organizations and associations per year and finds associating with such professional groups a real highlight in his career.

He is a member of the Southwest Portland Rotary club and is the Past President. He lives in West Linn with his wife Stacy and enjoys golf, skiing, scuba diving and other outdoor activities.
