Acknowledged as the pioneer of the interactive sales and marketing, Paula George Tompkins founded The SoftAd Group, Inc. in 1985. In 1995, Multimedia Producer magazine named SoftAd one of the "Top 100? multimedia producers. She has been included in every edition of Who?s Who in Executive and Professional Women, Who?s Who in California, Who?s Who in the West, and Who?s Who in Leading American Executives since 1986. She has lectured at Columbia University?s School of Business, UC Berkeley?s Haas School of Business, and Stanford University. In addition, she has been appointed a member of the Advisory Board for the Academy of Art College Graduate School in San Francisco; serves on The President's Advisory Board of Cogswell Polytechnical College in Sunnyvale, Calif.; is a member of the Yeager Scholars Board of Directors, Marshall University; and an Executive in residents at Marshall University, Huntington, West Virginia.
