Ute Kueffner, business leader and coach, will present five winning strategies to landing that most wanted job. She will share the inside secrets about what it takes for you to impress the hiring manager in today's intensely competitive environment. Everyone must play to new rules in order to stand out, get heard, and get hired. Ute will shatter five common myths about job interviews and leave no doubt as to what you must do to win this job.

Ute Kueffner is an organizational leader and professional coach with over twelve years of business experience in the software industry. She relocated from Germany to the Silicon Valley in 2000 to take on an international leadership position. She has a Master's degree in business and is a certified corporate coach. As a hiring manager, Ute has first-hand experience of what works and doesn't work in job interviews. She has interviewed hundreds of people in the past decade and has identified the critical items for getting a job.
Jan Half, Program Manager of TECH CORPS California will speak to us about TECH CORPS. Jan will organize a special project for us to support on WITI-SV Day.
