Ute Kueffner is an organizational leader and professional coach with over twelve years of business experience in the software industry. She relocated from Germany to the Silicon Valley in 2000 to take on an international leadership position. She has a Master's degree in business and is a certified corporate coach. As a hiring manager, Ute has first-hand experience of what works and doesn't work in job interviews. She has interviewed hundreds of people in the past decade and has identified the critical items for getting a job.
