Skill Practice: Vulnerability + Perfection

Living a life we can wake up every morning and be proud of takes practice. Defined, intentional practice. If you're like me, the permission to be vulnerable: uncertain, at risk, or emotionally exposed, has been deemed shameful and weak since we were children. As a result, we move through life charging towards perfectionism, exceedingly afraid to fail.

"Age ten is when we learn how to be good girls and real boys." - Glennon Doyle, Untamed

In this hour we'll dive deeper into these topics and discuss how you or your team can skill-up in progress over perfection. We will practice breaking down the armor we’ve built over time to focus more on healthy striving, empathy, and self-compassion.
