Ann Fry has a background as a psychotherapist. For the past 15 years she has been a corporate trainer, professional speaker and coach. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois, is a graduate of Coach University, and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation through the International Coach Federation. Ann combines her therapist’s knowledge, management experience, and sense of humor to create her programs and workshops.

Ann’s presentation topics include "A Playful Approach to Stress Management and Team Building", and "Staying Afloat in a Sea of CHANGE while Keeping Your Sense of Humor Intact". Ann is the author of "Laughing Matters: The Value of Humor in the Workplace", and has co-authored several additional workplace-psychology publications.

Ann is a professional member of the National Speaker’s Association (NSA) and is past-President of the NSA Heart of Texas chapter in Austin, TX.

As a coach, Ann works with managers/executives to "lighten up", be their best, and be human in their approach to working with employees. She believes that in the workplace, “a happy employee is a productive employee”. She helps people manage their stress, build their people skills, balance their lives and, most importantly, have a healthy sense of humor.
