Grow Your Confidence to Accelerate Your Career

At one time or another, virtually every professional will experience challenges with confidence. You may doubt your ability to perform a specific role or function, question the value of a comment you'd like to share, or hesitate to connect with another colleague or leader.

While confidence gaps are normal, if not managed effectively, they can prevent you from reaching your professional goals. In this interactive workshop, we will:

- Examine the impact of lack of confidence and self-doubt on the individual and the organization.
- Identify common triggers of self-doubt and how to manage them effectively.
- Learn strategies to grow your confidence and maximize your career success.
