A maverick in national security for 35 years, Victoria Bondoc created Gemini Industries at the age of 25. It now has offices in 20 locations across the US. She was an engineer on Star Wars, a system to intercept incoming missiles, worked with the Army investigating black market crime, and has generated $300 Million in sales to contribute to the U.S. economy.

She serves as a strategic advisor to the U.S. Departments of Defense and Homeland Security, assisting in anticipating and averting terrorist attacks across the globe. Since 1986 Gemini created more than 1,500 jobs. She has built a No-Fail, No-Excuses culture that contributes to high-priority national security projects, delivers advanced technology for the Navy Seals, and creates strategies to help leaders anticipate terrorist attacks and apply military concepts to business.

For her entrepreneurial leadership and the success of Gemini, Victoria has received Special Congressional Recognition, the Small Business Administration 2017 Massachusetts Person of the Year and Woman Business Owner of the Year Awards. In 2016, she received the Blue Ribbon Small Business Award from the United States Chamber of Commerce. She has also been named to Boston Business Journal New England Top 25 Defense Contractors list and received other citations and awards for her work.

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in computer science from Boston University.
