She was an engineer on Star Wars, a system to intercept incoming missiles, worked with the Army investigating black market crime, and has generated $300 Million in sales to contribute to the U.S. economy.
She serves as a strategic advisor to the U.S. Departments of Defense and Homeland Security, assisting in anticipating and averting terrorist attacks across the globe. Since 1986 Gemini created more than 1,500 jobs. She has built a No-Fail, No-Excuses culture that contributes to high-priority national security projects, delivers advanced technology for the Navy Seals, and creates strategies to help leaders anticipate terrorist attacks and apply military concepts to business.
For her entrepreneurial leadership and the success of Gemini, Victoria has received Special Congressional Recognition, the Small Business Administration 2017 Massachusetts Person of the Year and Woman Business Owner of the Year Awards. In 2016, she received the Blue Ribbon Small Business Award from the United States Chamber of Commerce.
