Alyson is a member of the AT&T Executive Development Team and is responsible for the execution of AT&T University’s Leading with Distinction program in the United States as well as internationally. Alyson is working on additional approaches to ensure AT&T University continues to deliver effective executive education to our leadership including an Executive Speaker Series and mobile training for our leaders on the go.

Since joining AT&T in 2003, Alyson has been in the sales organization and originally had responsibility for small and medium business accounts in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The majority of her sales time was spent supporting North Texas Government and Education customers through account management and later in a sales management capacity. Alyson was a 2007 Diamond Club honoree, which recognizes the top 1% achievers in the organization.

She joined the AT&T University team in early 2009, but claims that you never really leave sales…everyone sells something!

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas. She cheers (loudly) for the Oklahoma Sooners.

Raised in Austin, Texas and spending almost seven years in Oklahoma, Alyson and her husband Ben now reside in Dallas with their dogs, Lloyd and Poncho. They enjoy hosting friends and family at the house, participating in community projects, any college sporting events and golfing as often as time will allow.
